When I was shopping and got quotes for NH TC33D this about the same price I got. I was quoted $16,800.00 for a TC33D with loader. Is the price you are being for the gear or hydro model. If it is for the gear moel I might say that it could be a little high, but that also depends on your area. My suggestion is talk to more than one dealer, don't disclose quotes from other dealers until its time to work out a deal, then you an advantage for bargaining.
