Help there is a tube/hose on the right side of my TC30 running from the valve cover and oil started dripping from it today. Is this bad? Time to start tractor shopping?

It's always time to go tractor shopping.
That's the blowby tube. Oil can come out of it several reasons. Piston rings being one. A missing baffle in the valve cover. Fuel dilution in the oil or just too much idling.
Usually it will get worse but not quickly. Change the oil if you haven't lately and then but it to work for an hour or two.

I just changed the oil.

Any chance it will just go away?

Was it dripping before you changed the oil?

Did you change the weight or brand of oil?
Unless it is really puffing or dripping a lot of oil, It isn't anything to panic about. A little smoke and an occasional drip come with a "seasoned" tractor.
And yes it may get better and it will probably vary depending on the various uses you put your tractor to.

I went from a 10w-40 to a 10w-30. About all Use it for is to move dirt occasionally, mow the pasture if it gets to tall for the ZTR and, move some snow. When we had horses we used it a lot more.
