TC18 SN/Date of Manufacture & Hydro Leaks

Folks,
I just bought what I thought was a 'new' TC18 FWD Hydro w PS. Serial number is UD33564. The machine had 4 hours on the lot before they added the FEL and prepped for delivery. It was weathered a bit. It has been back twice with leaking hydro fluid. Once out of the front/back control pedal shaft and the second out of the right rear brake cover.

Has anyone had similar leaks ?
Did I get a lemon or just a machine that wasn't serviced correctly before delivery ?
Should I trade it back in on a new tc21 ( I have in writing that I will get full sales price value on a trade) ?

There is an NH dealer or two on here that can give you the answer based on S/N. If I had my manual here I could give you the cut off S/N on the older/newer TC18.

I had a leak at the pedal. Also somewhere on the rear end - not sure if it was the brake cover.

Both very minor (no drips on floor, just "wet" on tractor). Both covered under warranty.
