3-Point Hitch TC18 PTO for 3 point not spinning

The belly pto is working but the rear pto seems to have stopped working.

Worked with snow blower before the ride home, now it just does not spin. ust bought from dealer used two days ago, but he did not have manuals...... grew up farming, but this is first compact tracto, anyone have an idea?

I would first check to make sure all linkages are working correctly and engaging the rear PTO
