My tc18 ran fine till yesterday when I started loosing power in the hydraulics and HST at the same time after heavier use. Related or not, I also noticed a hydraulic fluid leak that seems to be coming from somewhere under the diesel tank that's dripping on the gear box right behind the starter (yannmar 18hp motor). This morning I ran it and started out fine, but quickly lost power again. First tractor so need help figuring this one out.

Sounds like you are losing fluid. I'd guess, from the location you mention, it could be in a power steering hose, but it's a pure guess. Do you have a loader? Could be a pinched or shot hose or line on the loader also. If you lose a significant amount of fluid, you won't move at all.
If not from hydro fluid loss, it could be a clogged fuel filter or water in your fuel.

Like OldFart said, sounds like you are low on fluid. There are connections up under there for the power steering hoses but there is also a connection that is just a hose clamp. I will lose hydraulic fluid through that. Not exactly sure what it is since obviously just being a hose clamp, it isn't high pressure. This is on the left side.
And in the FWIW department, your TC18 doesn't have a Yanmar engine, it is Shibaura.
