#2 with Kpla. If you thought you were just working the tractor hard you wouldn't have posted, is my guess. I'd drain the old fuel and clean filters again and treat some new diesel with Power Service or equivalent. Let us know.

Thanks , have done everything suggested except check the tank. That is next thing to do. It ran good today but still going to change filter again after checking fuel tanks.

The obvious thing is fuel starvation when a diesel acts up. The next is air intake as RobertN stated and the third thing is carbon or something plugging the exhaust. Exhaust and air problems are normally accompanied by smoke and are rare. I think your continuing to look at the fuel supply side is wise.
