NEW USER....I HAVE A TC 33D WITH 1350HRS.....TEMP GAUGE INOP.....COOLANT OK.....ENG LACKS POWER AFTER 1HR USE...INTERMITTENT.....DIED TWICE BUT RESTARTED....AIR FILTER OK....NEED SOME HELP ASAP....IM SUPPOSED TO DRAG THE LITTLE LEAGUE FIELD TOMORROW FOR A DISTRICT TOURNAMENT.....WATER IN FUEL? TEMP SENDING UNIT BAD? HOW TO TEST? WHERE IS BEST PLACE TO GET ONE IF NEEDED? THX TO ALL....DK

I'd suspect water in fuel also. Check separator and any filters.

Thanks for the tip.....where is the separater? same thing as the fuel bowl where the filter lives?

Hopefully someone else can direct you there. I'm not familiar with that tractor. BUT, usually the separator is ont the engine. Looks for a clear plastic, oblong, bowl hanging from the side of the engine. Just turn off the fuel, usually on the housing it hangs from, remove the bowl, and dump on the nearest weed. You may be able to blow the filter within the bowl out with compressed air. You should still replace it asap though.

Change filter; no separator, leave filter bowl loose and fill with fuel before tightening. Sensor on engine toward front of engine; can be tested by grounding out wire at sensor.
