Track down a schematic of your tractor to see how it's wired. I don't know if your tractor has a timer. Some do, some don't. Either way glow plugs are generally energized by turning the ignition key to the left. It's a spring loaded position so when released it will snap back to the off position. Energize the glow plugs for the proper amount of time (usually five to fifteen seconds) then attempt to start.

I'd track down the problem. Your glow plugs should not have constant power and may have burned out by now. Try to track down a parts breakdown of that tractor.

Thanks for the diagram, that doesn't cover the tc-30 though. The 30 was a basic model which is what I wanted to avoid all the electronics.
Ah ok I didn’t realize there was a difference.

@bene0239 - As Roadworthy said... definitely look for the issue. Your TC's Glow Plugs should never have constant power & if they do there is a real problem & as mentioned may already be burn-up.
As far as the Glow Plug Timer goes (I believe but don't hold me to it) on the TC30's it depends on serial # of the machine. I think it is located on the firewall... see attached pic.
It should be #8 in the diagram NH part # SBA385870301 (for reference... make sure you confirm)
