I have high speed INTERNET service but lately TBN is taking more time to load than it did when I had dial up. Anyone else experienced this problem? Any other site I visit loads as fast as always. 
TBN HAS BEEN VERY SLOW TO LOAD FOR ME

I have DSL and it's running quite normal speed for me; faster in fact, than my ISP's home page.

TBN seems to be loading as fast as it ever has here.

David, I have my computer set up to automatically receive and download XP updates and had some this afternoon, right after I installed TurboTax for 2007. But so far they haven't seemed to affect my Internet surfing.

At my house, with SBC Yahoo DSL internet access, any time I launch my browser for the first time and go to any site, it takes what I consider a long time to load. Once the first page of a site loads, like TBN, for instance, all other pages from that site load really fast. Google, CNN, everything, the first page loads slowly..... except the SBC Yahoo home page, which loads really fast first time... hmmmm, my ISP site which advertises to me and provides a search engine loads fast, buy all other sites take a while to snap in.... hmmm, wonder why???

David, I have a package deal with Centurytel (a company I'd never even heard of until I moved here a little over 2 years ago). They provide our telephone service, DSL Internet service, and Dish satellite TV service, all on one bill. They have a customizable (is that a good word?) home page with news, weather, etc. and it's the slowest loading page I ever get. It's also the one that's most likely to show an error occurred and it's not available. It does seem a bit odd that they're pretty fast with everything except their own page.

Maybe they're concentrating on customer service instead of blowing their own horn.

Farwall: I have been having trouble on and off for the last 2 weeks, No one who answers my questions seems to have any trouble, some days it loads like normal and other days it takes forever. This is the only site I have had any problems with.
