I downloaded and printed a free excellent TBN chart though, not sure what you are describing. I didnt pay any attention to a pitch.
there is a great TBN chart there for the printing..

its comprised of several of the last pages, they print first when you hit control P to print, I just cancelled the print after the TBN chart printed..
