Tell you what...I was REAL close to a 3520 Open...but my Dad & Uncles all told me if I bought an open station I'd regret it every day it wasnt 70 degrees with a nice breeze....
I can say they were exactly right...SOOOO glad I got the cabbed one.

Hmmmmmmm..........................old guys have cabs. I guess now I know why I have a cab. Here I thought it was just because I got a little smarter over the years and finally wanted to quit eating all that dust, but in actuality I have just gotten old. Now if I saw a younger man with a cab tractor I would say " Now there is a smart young man"

Work smarter not harder.

Sincerely, Dirt

I must be in the Smart Young Man Class! I would never buy another tractor without a Cab ever again in my life..... I'll take the glass cube... So I agree with dirtworksequip... on that one...

I did exactly that. I bought a 3320 then after maybe a couple months regretted not getting a cab. Traded it in maybe 9 months later for a 3720 cab... :)

You really get a lot for the price of a cab when you compare it to implements, etc. 5k for a snowblower or a little more than 5k for a nice heated, air conditioned, dust proof cab :)

hi, fellows. I don't regret getting the cab. For pushing snow when it's 0 degrees, snowing & blowing like crazy - you just can't beat the heated cab. The quiet is also a benefit, not to mention getting out of the dust in summer. My neighbor told me I got a "sissy" tractor. (by the way, he is 70 and I am 40). I don't mind the teasing, he was just envious!

After shopping for about 2 years, I found a 2 year old 3520 with cab & 300CX loader 6 months ago. It was listed on TractorHouse.com for $21,900. It had about 240 hours when I picked it up. So far, have put about 30 hours on it moving snow with loader and backblade - it worked very well. Also picked up a 5' rear tiller for the garden. Next year, would like to get a Frontier 7' snow pusher for the loader; also would like to get a rear finish mower.

My youngest boy has spent many hours sitting on my knee while we cleared snow from the driveway. I have been very, very satisfied with this tractor!

Me too, got a cab and have not looked back. just to remind me why I chose the cab, I have a GX255 OS and I have to use it to mow until my big one gets back and let me tel you the dust, the heat, the pollen and the dehydration was intense. Cannot wait to get my cab unit back.

I recently spent a couple of days in a Kubota L2900 tractor with cab helping cut/rake hay. (No A/C)
Even with the windows open and doors removed it was very hot.
With our climate, I wouldn't want a cab without A/C.

Down here in Texas we call a cab without AC a greenhouse...

A/C in a cab is a must.
I would agree if you coudlnt' get A/C it wouldn't be worth it.
I'm guessing i'll go twards a soft cab that could be removed in the summer when it's warm out. even if it just keeps me out of the wind and the snow out of my face i'll be happy.

yeah mine is pretty good, it just did the chores of mowing inplace of the big boy in the shop. I bought a high-back seat off of ebay and that feels so much better.
