Ta.85 stuck in "II" range

my 2013 TA.85 tractor is stuck in "II" range. I notice when I lifted the cover that the left side of the components is running free does not seem to be encaging.
Where do I start? there is a New Holland dealer being built as we speak but nothing right now local.

Are you sure it's a TA.85? Could it be a T4.85?
