im running a t870 bobcat, mulching. it 3 months old i got 250 hr on it. the right side track has derailed 3 times in 3 days, the track is in good shape, what else could make this happen?

What width tracks are you running?

We started out with the optional narrow tracks on our 320 so we could get into tighter places. We threw at lease one track a day. Switched to the standard tracks and haven't had one come off in over a year.

Check your track frame alignment. A friend of mine had this problem on a Cat 279 and found the frames were over 2" out. Check they are parallel to each other and to the frame of the machine. Also check they are parallel vertically.
If you can't do these checks take it back to where you purchased it and get them to check it out and would suggest you watch over them so you don't get snowed. Good Luck

well i cleaned the tracks up with washer. put them back on one more time loose and they have not came off agin but like i said there loose.

i did pull a tape on the track frame and every thing seems to be rite

I demo a takeuchi tl250 last year for about a week mulching on a steep hill side. I threw the track 5 times or more before I figured out the only time it was throwing the track was when I was running across the hill, so I started mulching straight up an down the hill. After that it never threw the track again. I guess all the weight of the machine was pretty much riding on the down hill side an as soon as I turned the sprocket would catch the edge of the track chain an jump it an off she came but once I figured it out didn't have problems again. After that my friend bought a cat 299 he was having the same problem told him an he hasn't a problems since. Didn't know if this mite be something u have over looked hope it helps.
