Dirt Moving T550 Track not responding to Joystick movement

My T550 just came off a jobsite and when you push the joystick forward the machine just turns to the right (in circles). It's a brand new machine (11 hours) wondering if this is a simple fix or should i call my Dealer and have them look at it?

The controls are in the wrong pattern, you are in H pattern, and want to switch back to ISO, should be a yellow lighted rocker switch,
Should be right hand side just under stop start buttons

I tried switching back from Iso to H and with both only the left track will actually move when pushing the joystick(s) forward.

Sounds like its time to call the dealer then. Something is not right!
