T4020 Questions

Hello,

I have been looking for a used tractor for a couple of months. I mainly concentrated on New Hollands because my father has two that have been great machines, a 7610 and a TN65, and I like them.

I like the platform style of the TN65 and the shuttle. Recently a used T4020 came up locally. It has 400 hours and the guy is asking 24000 for it. I have not been able to find a lot of info about the T series. Is this a fair price? Can anybody offer a comparison between the two?

Well, I never got any response here or other boards. But I went and looked at the tractor and brought it home. It seems a lot like my fathers TN65. Same basic layout. I hope it is a good tractor for years to come.

Sounds like a good tractor- just looked it up. I have a TC30. I like my tractor. NH's are pretty common around here- the large ones! Good luck on yours!

the T4000 is or was the new version of the old TN series. you should find it very similar in a lot of ways. The price you paid doesnt sound to bad either. congrats.
