Is it a difficult job to replace the glass instrument cover? The glass was installed backwards with the protection on the inside.

Look for a recent thread about pdf files of service manuals and go through the pages until you find the active link and download the files, BIG, long download of service manual which I believe shows the complete disassembly/ removal of the instrument cluster; it should be pertinent to your model.....
