Ok I can see the pictures now. I didn't realize before that the valve is pretty much the same as the Badestnost valves we get here in Europe. In fact, I'm almost sure that Summit just buys the valves from them and rebrand to Summit to sell in the US.
To fix the float issue, you'll need to take the rubber boot out, disassembly the mechanism inside, rotate the base 180 degrees and assembly everything back in place. I'll share some links from Badesnost about the Joystick configs for this valve.
You'll then may need to swap hoses on the lift circuit to get it right. Like pull back to lift and push to lower + float.
For the 3 point, recheck all the hoses. Make sure the Pump line connects to P port, the Tank line from the valve goes back to the transmission case of the tractor and the PB line feeds the remotes in the rear or 3 pt if you don't have remotes.
