3-Point Hitch T233 Lower lift arm length

Hi all, first time posting here, but I have been reading for a couple months now. Here is my question. I just picked up a 08 TYM T233 with backhoe and FEL. Problem is it didn't come with any of the three point hardware and the guy who sold it to me doesn't know where it is. I have seen some kits for compact tractors that include everything I need, but I don't know how long the lower lift arms should be. Anyone able to help out?

Thanks, is that 30" to the center of the holes, or overall length?

overall length. hole to hole should be 3-4" shorter
