Hi all,

I got a price from a local dealer of $17,750 for a new T1520 hydro with R-4 tires and 7308 loader. Being a new model, there's not many comparisons out there for what others have paid. Any thoughts on the price?

That's a good price but you should check with Neil Messick if you haven't. I wanted to buy a 1520 from him but the 600 mile delivery charge spoiled it and the expiring 0%/60 months finance didn't leave any time to find back hauls or joint deliveries.

Ended up buying one locally in Maine where everything costs more. Gear was 17,875 with a Woods LC-102 loader and hydro just under 1,400 more. I wanted a QA bucket and the Woods package gives me that, a heavy duty bucket, and better loader numbers for only a few hundred dollars more than the 7308 with a QA kit. That is how I rationalized it.

Another Maine dealer was 17,419 gear and 18,955 hydro with 7308 loaders. Neil would have saved me some money if I had been closer.

Good hunting.

Thanks for the info. I think the price seems pretty good for around here. I just hope that 0% financing sticks around for this month too.

They have been running a different tractor or two each month for 0%/60 months. September didn't have any 60 month plans and then the 1520 showed up with it about mid month.

No 0% on their web site yet, you would think they would be ready when the new month starts. No wonder the dealers can't keep up.

Seems a bit high to me. I just brought home a TC34DA, loader and bucket, loaded turf tires (R4s are $200 more), engine block heater and 3 hooks for $17,400 minus $1200 rebate for a total of $16,200 out the door.

Glad people are still buying NH, from the lack of viewers of this part of TBN I thought they had all moved to JD and Kubota.

Nice price on the TC34, in Maine the dealers still think it is $22K machine.

DCJL,

Congrats! That sounds like a pretty good deal on a nice machine. I'd say I'd be up for a road trip, but I like the dealer here - always treated me well with service and such. That goes a long way with me.

Yea, sure looks like Kubota sells a lot more tractors, at least according to the amount of views etc. on TBN. I was going with Kubota, but with a $3k more for a slightly smaller Kubota as well as a great NH dealer, that was a no brainer for me.

Which dealers did you get your quotes from, if you don't mind. I am in the mid-Coast area and starting my search. :)

Union Farm Equipment was the closest but their primary focus is on the Kubota line and not NH. Ended up buying from Kramers, a smaller dealership in Sidney, just north of Augusta.

You can check Kramer's prices in UH.
