T1510 Steering Issues

Forgive my ignorance but I don't know much about tractors. I own a New Holland T1510 and last time I used it I noticed that I was having some steering issues. Do these tractors have some sort of power steering? When turning the steering wheel the tires would not turn or would take some time to start turning. Can anyone direct me in what I should check to address this issue? It only gets used a few times a year. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Age and hours on the meter could help us to determine what's up. How's the hydraulic oil level? Have you drained any to see if there's water in the reservoir. Condensation can build up much more in a tractor that sees little use where can't burn off.

It's a 2010 model with about 50 hours. Oil level was good, I have not drained it to see if any water is in there but I can do that this weekend.
