T-3 terramite

I have a an old t-3 that had a bad trans, I had the pump rebuilt but it still has very little forward and reverse power. I was wondering if anybody might be able to help me. I am out of ideas. It sounds like its starving for oil and I have cleaned the screen and replace the fluid and still not wo0rking right.
