Swinging Drawbar for 1710

My 1710 has a very short fixed clevis type drawbar. It is much too short for pulltype PTO powered implements. I recently saw a photo of a 1510 on Craigslist that had a longer drawbar on it and the guy sent me a photo of it. It was a swinging drawbar but he said he had bought the tractor used and just assumed that this was the normal drawbar. Does anybody know if this was an option? If so, is there a place I can purchase the kit?

Messick's also has them but more expensive.

That is just the drawbar but I need the whole mounting kit because I do not ahve the attachments underneath and on the back of the tractor for it.
