Easytractor,
I'll tell you what I've done this year with my BX23. I cut about 2 ft off of a rise in the back yard and leveled a pad for a 24x42 ft work shop with a 10 ft porch on the front end using my 4' box blade. Dug footers 20" wide x 24" deep. After the foundation was in I spread 68 ton of 'yard scrapins' gravel in the foundation. Spreading and rolling with the tractor after each truck load was delivered. After the floor was poured I built the 10' high walls in sections and set them up using a 8' gin pole (that I built) mounted in the FEL. After the walls were all up and plumbed, I set 27 trusses 26' long by myself using that same gin pole. I hired out the foundation, concrete work, roof decking, and roofing as I am 69 years old and can no longer do a young mans work. You did not list anything that couldn't be done with a BX24. Yes it will take longer to do with a small tractor, but can be done in a reasonable amount of time, if you have the time to devote to the job.
