TSC fluid works well also, Traveller brand. Used in the old Kubota and now the Kioti.
I looked at TSC Travellers also. I don't see a problem with it. It has high specs. universaltractorhydraulic.html. I would use it; however, the closes TSC is over an hour drive and I have had a good run with NAPA oils. I stopped by an "un-named" tractor dealer the other day while traveling. The mechanic showed me the shop, and they were using Traveller's and NAPA oils. We did not get into the details, but it was there.TSC fluid works well also, Traveller brand. NAPA is 10W30 found on the MSDS sheet. Not sure about the Super S Premium.I was just looking at my can of Super S Premium Hydraulic fluid and nowhere does it state the SAE rating for the oil. It says only that it is "all weather premium fluid for use in (lists a bunch of tractors and oil specs including Kubota UDT and UDT Super (now defunct I believe) plus HyGard, Caterpillar, John Deere, New Holland and several others.
I was wondering how you determined that yours was SAE 30 weight.

GRM61I called Napa, they said their hyd oils come in a 10, 20, or 30wt, not a multi weight 10-30 like our tractors call for.
I looked at the napa premium hydrulic tractor fluid sheet online, it has pour points etc, but no information as to whether it is a 10-30 or a 30 etc.
I think for me the 30W would be ideal due to the high ambient temps when I do most of my work. My Kubota oil gets too hot and too thin and I start to loose performance. I don't have extreme winter temps (I don't use it when it is that cold anyway) so I am thinking the 30W oil would be better than the 10W-20 for me.
I think you would be fine, but I am trying to stay within the specs of oil required by my warranty. To the best of my knowledge they are all multi weight oils due to there benefits.I think for me the 30W would be ideal due to the high ambient temps when I do most of my work.
