super m 1953 repairs- restore

I have a Super M-farmall 1953. I need to know the type engine oil,and transmission . Quicksilver.

They were designed at a time that multi weight oil was not. I'd stick with a 30 weight for summer and a 10 for winter.
The one that I'd recommend is the CaseIH hytran although you could get by with a cheaper generic oil. I would depending on where you live beware of moisture build up from condinsation if you live in the cold.
