Super A Hydraulics

I have a Super A that has a problem with the front hydraulic cultivators assembly leaking down after it gets hot and when engine is shut off. Is this the touch control or the hydrolic pump? I also have noticed that the lift is not as strong as previously experienced.

Colud use some advice. Buy or rebuild a pump? Overhaul touch control?

That would be the touch control that needs to be rebuilt.
do you have enough fluid in it and has the screen been cleaned if the oil aerates it could also cause that problem.
