Sun \"Canopy\" for LT1050
Hi all. As you can tell, I am new to this forum but it looks like a great place. I have a somewhat hilly 5 acre lot in Western Washington state. I live in Tulalip (some people call it Marysville but that's another story).
While driving home the other day I noticed a gentleman driving a John Deere (don't know the model # but it was a residential type). He had a 4-post "canopy" or sun shade that covered the entire seating & steering/control area. Since I was driving I did not have time to stop and ask him where he purchased the sun shade.
I have checked the John Deere web site and they do not seem to have this type of accessory (Cub Cadet does not, from what I can tell). I wonder if this was a home-built DIY thing or if he purchased it from an aftermarket retailer (I would prefer that). Does anyone here know of a web site or catalog that might offer this type of canopy/shade?
BTW, I am very happy with my LT1050. Thanks so much for looking! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
