Price Check Suggestion on price for my TC35D

I had earlier posted that I needed to see my 2002 TC35D as I am being transferred by the Army here in Canada. I am now seeking advice to see what is a reasonable asking price for it. It is only 2 years old with 330hours on it, a 16 LA loader.

Any suggestions as to what is a fair price?

One guy came to visit but thinks that 23500 Cdn I am asking is too much, this is about $17 300 U.S. using todays rate.

I am leaving in less than two months and need to make it attractive to buyers without getting ripped off in the process.

I bought a TC35DA in January for $14,500 plus I incurred about $400 to pick up. It had about 470 hours , hydro trans, canopy, and 16LA. Hope that helps.

The only price I could find listed a 2001 TC35D without loader for $16,800 as a median (good condition) price. With the loader thrown in, I think you actually have your tractor priced a little low. I'm amazed, but the value of these tractors seems to be holding at or near new price. Good luck with your sale and your transfer. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

PegasusBlue, I just bought my 2001 TC35D with FEL & Supersteer about 2 months ago. Paid 23,500 Canadian. Had 79 hours on it. FEL had some rust on it as it was not kept up too well by Dealer. Plus, I got a 6 month warranty on the powertrain. If your machine is still relatively clean (and I would imagine it is) your selling price seems OK but not sure how fast it will sell. Again, it all depends how clean it is. If it doesn't have a mark on it I know I would buy it for that price. If you need to sell within a few months you may have no option but to sell for less.

Thank you for your input on what its worth. I have put the lovely beast on the side of the road with a big for sale on it. I have had many calls, and one tentative offer.

I have decided to ask $23500 Canadian or 16900 U.S. as of today and will see, though I remain pretty open to reasonable offers, I am hoping not to have to take too much of a loss on it...

My son is terribly sad to see his favorite object in the world sitting all alone on the fence line so far from the house. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
