I understand what you mean. I was actually talking to a customer this morning in CA where he is and he didn't realize there was an attack the the WTC in NYC. His company had offices on the 59th & 60th floors. This was before they collapsed. I hope to talk to them tomorrow and find out if their staff was able to get out okay.
My heart and deepest sorrow goes out to those who have lost friends and family, but most importantly to the courageous NYFD men and women who lost their lives in the line of duty while trying to fight the fire in the first tower.
My company is in Upstate NY and alot of our customers don't really know that so they were releaved to find out we were ok.
I guess you just don't know what will happen until it does and then hope you can make it though. Our prayers go out to everyone.
