Hi fellows,
Is anybody able to consult me, what kind of subframe should tractor (in this case M9000) be equipped with to attach a front blade? The Operator's Manual says concerning the front blade: "Need subframe". But what a subframe? I don't use FEL, so I have no any subframe on a machine. Do I have to order from parts dpt if it's standard or do I need to design it myself?
The purpose of a front blade will be not only the snow cleaning, but also the ground works - road repairs, landscaping, stump removing, rock pushing e.c.
Thank You in advance for Your help :)

I don't know about your model but I had a front blade on a L3130 Kubota useing a sub-frame....Had to remove FEL(I know you don't have one) sub frame for this tractor was a factory quick mount...check with your dealer?
Pinned to the back hitch and a couple of brackets on the side of the tractor.I think I had about $2500 U.S into this.Didn't work real well for dirt work:great for snow. You might want to look at a heavy duty rear blade for dirt work...a lot less money.

On your front blade idea it swing right and left if you want to control the quality of the grade. A rear blade does a very nice finishing grade when it can swing R/L . Rear blades are terribile for pushing material backwards. Front blades dig in when finish grading.

Yeah, I had a talk with a dealer. They said there's nothing in the catalogue about sub-frame. They can supply standard tractor parts only.
You're right, front blade needs additional investment.
I have a look at the rear blade (pic attached). It might also be attached at the front, but in this case you need front 3ph.
So I'm at a nonplus ...

Actually I worked with both blades on a L tractor - front with cylinder (without a sub-frame, what was quite risky) and still have rear blade. Yes, front blade has a swinging feature.
Both have advantages and disadvantages. Rear blade's main advantage - no need any sub-frame. But it's hard to do precise works with it, like You say, pushing backwards.
I'd prefer to realize an idea to have a blade to be able to attach it either to the front or to the back.
We'll see ..

Anyway thanks a lot, fellows, for Your advices.
