stuck throttle

I have an L2500 with about 150 hrs.

I am experiencing a somewhat stuck throttle at times. It seems to be that the all the linkage is fine. It feels like the valvle? that the linkage controls is sticking some. Now it is only really a problem when using the foot throttle. If you pull back the throttle handle it idles down fine. Has anyone experienced this problem before and do you know of a fix. Thanks
