Stuck glow plug light

HELP! - I admit to knowing nothing about diesel,etc. But -
All I did was change the oil in my itty-bitty JD4100, and now the glow plug light won't turn off after starting.
Seems to run ok but for how long? I don't want to damage anything.

Check the wires going to the glow plugs, maybe you accidentally bumped one and it disconnected.
Are you sure its not the oil light instead, did you put the right amount of oil back in?
These are the simple things to look at first..
