stuck dipstick Kawaski mule

Cannot budge dipstick cap on a Kawaski 2019 mule. Afraid to pull any harder, for fear of breaking top off. help

Try to pull it after the engine warms up. Had a Prius like that, couldn't pull the dipstick unless the engine was hot.

which model is this? the 2016 mule 610 the previous owner installed backwards, it goes in but a bugger to get out it hooks inside, Im assuming you can turn the cap it just will not pull out
