Strange tractor

I suppose some of you may have seen a tractor like this before but it is the first one I've seen. It is for sale up the road from me.

Looks like it is based on the "M" Farmal tractor--Ken Sweet

That either an M or H farmall grader I ran one for a friends contracting company a few years ago. They doo a suprisingly good job for the age of the machine. I was used to regualr graders but On that one I did pretty good. Id like to have one to do a few parking lots with.
