Anyone know how to get rid of them. I got some free mulch from tree guy last year and these things are taking over. The cooler weather hasn't helped.

As I have learned there is/are a reason(s) for free mulch. I believe lime application and/or bleach solution spray can be used to get rid of stinkhorn. It's not poisonous; just smells that way.

Thanks Stuckmotor, I learned something new - never even heard of them around here. Stinkbugs are all over the place and have a million and one names for the little hard shelled pests so I was guessing (incorrectly) that is what was being referred to.

Cover in black plastic.
Works better in the summer.

Back during the summer I could fill in a bag in the morning and then another bag in the evening. They were only in about 4 places now they're everywhere and like a forest. Guess I'll buy a ton of lime and throw out.
