But that must be a PA rule?
Because around here now one is going to say bim about a guy with a 10K+ trailer behind a 1 ton even if it is a business. Very common.
Sometimes you see 1 tons with backhoes and the ocassional bull dozer. Crazy stuff, but people do it.
