Sticky on Water in Hydraulic Fluid?

I have found a huge amount of water in my hydraulic fluid. I drained it and wiped out the reservoir tank, and will purchase and go through a couple filters and a lot of fluid today to try to purge. Looking for more help. Could not find a sticky or FAQ on this although I suspect it has come up often. Panicked.

Just do like you have mentioned,and run the cylinders through many cycles.
You need to find the source of the water leak. If left outside, at least throw a tarp/plastic over the tractor.

I think you got it figured out...You need to flush the system AND find the source. You can use some cheap fluid till you get it flushed...
