1980 Kubota L245DT
Evening,

I have a brand new to me 1980 Kubota L245DT. The left brake works like a champ. The right brake goes down and won't come back up unless I reach down and yank it up. Is there an adjustment I can adjust? I'm fairly competent/confident in my mechanical abilities. I just don't want to tear into anything without a bit of knowledge first. Thanks in advance! Also, rebuilding hydraulic cylinders, hard?

Those brakes have a rotating shaft that gets rusted/stuck in the bores. I've used PB Blaster and worked it to free it up.

Once the gland is out of the barrel, replacing cylinder seals is reasonably easy (uses a special installation tool) If the rod or barrel has visible gouges a professional rebuild may be needed.
