Hello all,
I have a mahindra 3510 shuttle shift with M,L,H and 1-4 gears. When I am driving the tractor and shift from first to second or third to fourth etc. some sort of oil shoots out of the housing that the shift stick runs down to. My question is, what kind of oil is this, and where can I add more of it?

You need to read your manual. Determine how to add oil to the differential, transfer case, transmission and where the vent tube is for the differential and transmission. It sounds like the transmission and/or differential has been overfilled and the vent tube is stopped up or plugged or just blocked. When you shift gears an opportunity for venting is presented and the system being overfill with transmission fluid is given an outlet to exhaust transmission fluid.
