Steiner brakes

This sounds really dumb but I can't find the brakes on the Steiner 420. Anybody?

There should be a lever under the seat reaching down with your left hand when seated,this is the parking brake.you don't need service brakes,the hydro system is the brake,simply pullback to slow down.
