Mahindra 7520
Hey guys need some help please . I just recently bought a 2004 Mahindra 7520 and noticed that the steering just quits working. Put fluid in works fine and in a little its gone again. So i have replaced the seals in the HSU ( Hydraulic steering unit ) checked it today when i got home from work and fluid gone again. What am i missing ? No visible leaks that i can find any where . Is there other seals that i need to replace or should i have just replaced the entire HSU ? Any help is much appreciated

Is the steering system attached to the hydraulic and or transmission?

I’m not familiar with this model but it is common that the steering shares hydraulics. The other option is they share the hydraulic pump and the seal between the two veins has failed......all SWAGs though!

Sounds like a bad pump, It has two hydraulic pumps, stacked together, one half is the hydraulic and the other is the steering pump.
Is your hydraulic fluid level going up on the dip stick? If so i'd say pump is bad.
