Steering problem with my 4320??

Went to my neighbors yesterday to dig a hole for a catch basin with the back hoe. After digging the hole I drove the tractor foward and couldn't turn the steering wheel to the left with both arms. But could move it to the right but with more than normal resistance?? It was that way for a few minutes and then started to slowly get better. I called the dealer and they said they never heard of this problem???? has anyone else??

mY 3120 had a similar problem but has not done it in a long time. I think there where some other discussions about this problem a while back. Deere seems to avoid certain issues.

We have several older forklifts at work, and they also have hydraulic power steering. This has happened on them also. Don't know what it is though. They start out doing it occasionally, but it usually gets worse until power steering quits altogether. I would ask the guy that fixes them, but he went to Afghanistan with the Guard last month for a year. JC

I have a 4320 also. When u figure out the cause please post and let us know in case my tractor catches the steering failure virus.
