Only way you'll know for sure what's going on is to watch the court filings in their vicinity. Will all be a matter of public record. If there's a Chapter 11 bankruptcy they may be back with new management\ownership. If it's chapter 7, they're done....even if someone buys all the assets and runs a new version of EA, they won't be liable for the remaining debts.

If you paid up front for an implement, in Chapter 7 that makes you an unsecured creditor and you are last in line to get anything from the liquidation proceeds. In chapter 11 you still stand a pretty good chance of getting your stuff.

People keep talking about the construction project and those liens, but the liens themselves aren't really enforceable till the property sells. It would have to be an adverse judgement to really cause an immediate problem, although legal bills themselves can sink you really easy. $500 hour lawyers add up quick...

It's sold in a package deal with a wire stretcher. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
40 years ago when we had a couple very young and very fresh apprentices working with us, we used to chase them around jobsites looking for our pipe stretchers, they would go from crew to crew looking for it, and each crew would send them to the next crew….

Funny thing is, they never did find one

Where did this insane practice of paying for stuff before you get it come from? We wouldn't be having this conversation if people had refused to do it.
