I guess so.

In fact, my daughter rejected your answer because that very question was on a recent test she took at school and the three states she named were marked "correct". As she put it, "they wouldn't teach us something in school that wasn't correct, would they?" I came up with the lame excuse that they might teach that particular fact differently way out here in California. /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

For redemption, I offered her the question about the states and capitals beginning with the same letter. She couldn't think of four, but she said the capital of Delaware is Dover. If that is true, then Charles is right and we have our fourth answer.
