Spreader

Does anyone know of a small (150 pound capacity or so) spreader that mounts to the category one three point hitch that has an electric switch to open and close the mechanism (gate)? I've used a Herd M96 for many years, but with a bum shoulder, it is getting increasingly difficult to turn around in the tractor seat and manually open the gate. Since I already have an electric switch on the tractor fender to operate the pull-behind sprayer, wiring would be pretty easy.

How about adding a electric linear actuator to the gate?

I was going to say solenoid.. but the LA is much more precise.

Maybee an old satelight dish worm drive could be used if he doesn't want to buy a new LA.. etc.
