Ok I have been crawling the forum here for two days, finally joined :D

First a little info
I have a gator 4x2 and about 3 acres (including the shop, house, all that, probably 1.2 acres that need sprayed)

I want to make or buy a sprayer with booms on it to put in the back of the gator to spray:confused2:

I just want to know what you guys recommend.
My original idea is a tank with an rv water pump>hose hooked to that> Y splitter> sprayer (want style) on one end>booms running off the other. Probably small booms, 2 feet in length each. So I could just turn the "Y" adapter on or off depending if I want the wand or the booms.

I feel like this plan is not too great the more I read though. Maybe not enough pressure?

I have read a lot and cant decide if I want to build it or buy it.

EDIT this isnt me being cheap, I would probably use a more expensive one, but what about this for the pump? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Longoodtec-...956?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item35bc7d25bc

I built my sprayer from a tank that I bought, then a pump and some connections. It plugs into a lighter outlet on my dash and I turn it on and off with an inline switch. Pretty simple, fairly chaep. Tricky getting it worked out, but for something that I use twice a year, definately worth the effort.
