An orange one
I have a nasty patch of crown vetch on my 16 acres of virgin prairie that I have to treat. I am looking for about a 25 gallon sprayer. What I want is a three point sprayer that looks like the following: http://www.fimcoindustries.com/images/DL/photos/high/LG-27-3PT.jpg

However the price is about $770.

They have another spot sprayer that would work for me:http://www.fimcoindustries.com/images/DL/photos/high/LG-28-S.jpg

This one is a lot less expensive....about $200 or so. My question is how would I mount this cheaper sprayer? Would I have to purchase a carryall and then strap the sprayer to a wooden pallet? I'm a little unclear about how the cheaper sprayer could be transported on my three point. Thanks for your help! If money was no object I would probably opt for the more expensive dedicated three point sprayer, but there is quite a bit of difference in price.

Take a look at this. Complete 25 gallon, 3 point mounted unit at about half the price. Fits all Cat 1 3 point hitches.

I have a 50 gallon 3 pt Fimco sprayer that I use with broad leaf weeds and I added a spot sprayer boom to it. But I was not excited about using it for Round-up type product. So I bought a 15 gallon spot sprayer at Tractor Supply which was on sale for about $90. I thought about mounting it at least temporarily on my utility carrier also from Tractor Supply. But decided to just put the sprayer in the FEL. I set a trolling motor battery in the FEL too and don't even have to hook it to the tractor battery that way. If I am going to be in one area for a while spraying I pull up there and park and walk with the spray wand. Or I can drive along and spray the fence line or along the edge of the driveway.
