New here, been learning a lot lurking, first post. They delivered a DK45 HST today got it off the truck, everything appeared to function as it should so I tackled the manuals (first tlb for me). Went back out to run it thru full cycles to warm everything up (as per the BOOK). The FEL worked fine, went to lower the outriggers and they wouldn't lower. Swivel lock, boom lock and leg latches off, increased rpm to 2200 or so tried again. Got the legs down, but they only moved with partial control input, couldn't get any action from the boom, stick or bucket. (Funny it worked just fine off the truck). Checked all the fluid levels, worked the fel again (fine), tried to put some strain on the hst (minor, the legs were down) nothing. No leaks at the hoses or fittings, everything appears sparkling new. A shame it doesn't work.
Just guessing, maybe the hydraulics need bleeding? Never seen anyone mention that ??
