spool valve replacment

i need to replace my dukes fluid spool loader control its pissing more and more.. my question is would any spool work as long as it is 2 spool and proper fitting sizes (3/4) looking into this one for my K1 koyker loader Brand Hydraulics Monoblock Loader Valve, Model# PLV22TSTKAB | Control Valves| Northern Tool + Equipment

A 'loader valve' as the Brand valve would work. A float position and detents, or lack thereof, in the proper places make a loader valve different. Also, try to match the relief valve pressures as this is critical to safety and loader lift performance.
Note that the one from Northern has 1/2" sae ports.
