Spindle Cover for Branson 4720h

Can anyone tell me the metric screw size for the PTO spindle cover on the 4720h. A buddy of mine borrowed my tractor, removed the cap to attach a mower, then returned the cap, without the screws. He said he lost the screws in the pasture. These are metric, but I'm not sure what size. Anyone know? I'm sure this is very simple, but I want to clean and grease the spindle, and re attach the cover. Thanks much to anyone who can answer this.

Are you referring to the plastic cover of the PTO shaft? I think it's M8x1.25. If it's the metal shield around the PTO, then it is either M10x1.5 or M12x1.75

I was referring to the screws for mounting the plastic cover for the PTO shaft. My friend removed the cover to connect a mower shaft to the PTO. He placed the cover in the tractor storage tray, but some how, lost the screws in the field. I need to clean the PTO shaft, grease it again, and remount the plastic cover to keep the shaft and grease clean. I'll try the M8 x 1.25 screw size. Thanks much for your timely reply.
